Right of Way research and acquisition assistance
ABMB provided Right of Way research and acquisition assistance as part of the overall design of a new five-lane urban roadway about two miles long. The projects included 37 acquisitions and the relocation of numerous affected properties, including a restaurant, veterinary clinic, a mini storage unit warehouse with over 150 tenants, and numerous businesses and condominium units. ABMB also provided right of way mapping, title work, expropriation preparation, and in-house appraisal reviews.
